For orders to the United States & United Kingdom all duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Saved Souls, nor are they included in the order total.

RETURN POLICY

Returns must be send back within 14 days
If you want a different size, you will need to place a new order
All products need to be unworn and in original packaging
No make up, stains, damages and/or strong smells
The product tag can’t be taken off
All returns will be well inspected
The return form needs to be filled in completely
If the return does not meet the above, it will be send back to you
Return costs are for your own account
The shipping risk is for the customer, we advice to send back your package with tracking
Returns will be processed within 10 working days
